Mikaela loves hair…..

Mikaela began at Le Shag in 2016 as front of house and assistant to Jennifer Donovan. During a brief hiatus with hair for college, Mikaela found herself craving the activity in the hair salon and decided to apply at a corporate, high-end, high-volume hair salon in Albany NY where she attended school. It was here that Mikaela truly honed in on her confidence in creativity and skill for hair cuts and color ranging from med length:long, dark brunettes to blonde to vivid toned colors. When Mikaela moved back to the area, she came back home to Le Shag where she currently operates as Junior Stylist. She has quickly gained a following at Le Shag in addition to many of her followers who travel from upstate NY.

Mikaela also participates in special events at Le Shag that include hair and makeup for film/TV, Stage, Commercial/Publishing, and runway as well as wedding events.
